His sector experience is diverse, covering Manufacturing, Engineering, Automobile, IT/ITES/BPO, Real Estate, Investment Management, and Mining. He has operated in global environments, managing onshore and offshore clients, and leading large teams. Deepanshu has overseen audit engagements for numerous large listed and unlisted companies, proficiently navigating multi-GAAP environments and is well-versed in Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP. He has worked extensively on audits of Alternative Investments like hedge funds, venture capital funds, private equity funds, crypto currency, Fund of Funds, Pension Plans etc. He has brought a legacy of globally recognized audit methodology and best practices.

Deepanshu handles international and domestic taxation issues, managing all aspects of direct taxes, including corporate tax planning, non-resident Indian tax issues, and cross-border transactions, with a special focus on Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements.

Passionate about knowledge sharing, Deepanshu is a regular speaker at various forums, including ICAI, ICMAI, CA Study Circles, ACCA, CII, and corporate events.
