Sapna Khandelwal

Sapna Khandelwal is a distinguished professional with a Fellow Membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) (FCS 8947). She holds a law degree, a postgraduate degree in commerce, and is a registered attorney/agent with the Trademark Registry.

With approximately 19 years of experience, Sapna has served in various roles such as Company Secretary, In-house Legal Counsel, and Compliance Officer for around 12 years across different organizations. Since 2015, she has been a practicing company secretary.

Sapna's practice areas encompass a wide range of services, including:

  • Providing secretarial and legal services for startups, MNCs, NBFCs, MSMEs, NGOs, and more.
  • Assisting with setting up businesses in India, managing day-to-day compliances, and handling all secretarial compliances.
  • Securing government approvals and addressing matters related to legal issues, intellectual property rights (IPR), foreign direct investment (FDI), corporate social responsibility (CSR), and corporate governance.
  • Representing clients before various authorities, including the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, National Company Law Tribunal, Regional Director, Registrar of Companies, Revenue Courts, and other quasi-judicial bodies.
  • Conducting due diligence, secretarial audits, and developing corporate strategies.

Additionally, Sapna serves as an Independent Director and Partner in a listed company/LLP. She has also been a member and/or chairperson of Internal Complaints Committees on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace for various corporations.
